Yoga Basics
If you are new to yoga or want to return to the basics, this class is for you. Approachable and supportive basic yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation are offered. This class is open to all levels, especially beginners. Treasure the curiosity of the “beginner’s mind.”

This class is a practice of yoga postures and breathing tailored to the physical body and adapted to accommodate individuals with differing abilities. In this accessible practice, we stay seated and alert, actively bringing strength to the core, flexibility to the body, and peace to the mind.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga postures and a truly kind practice to stretch, relax, and unwind the body and mind. Taking a gentle or therapeutic approach to yoga by modifying common yoga poses and utilizing props can bring peace to your practice.

Yin Yoga
This yoga practice targets the deep connective tissues within the body (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga helps regulate the flow of energy. It is a perfect complement to a stronger practice, but also stands on its own as a truly unique style.

Restorative
With Yoga Nidra – Rest a bit longer in yoga postures using props to support the body. Increase range of motion and explore different ways to restore. Enjoy extended rest at the end of class with Yoga Nidra, a structured relaxation practice that encourages healthy sleep patterns.

Yoga Flow for stronger practice is filled with intention, breath work, strength, alignment and curiosity to challenge your edge. Yoga Flow is more than a workout, but a path for body, mind, and heart to find wellbeing with a joyful energy.

Slow Flow+Restore
Slow flow is an enjoyable style of yoga for students at all levels. It is a skillful combination of elements from our Yoga Flow and Hatha Yoga classes. Gradually warm up the muscles and joints while retaining the calm rhythm of flow yoga with ample time to explore poses. Plus, we add restorative poses at the end to cool down the body and mind. Meditative movement, time to rest, and modifications if needed make this class very open and fun.

Wake Up and Flow
This dynamic morning flow practice can be customized for a stronger practice or a milder beginning to your day. This class is filled with intention, breath work, strength, movement, and is good for all levels. Let’s wake up and move for improved wellbeing and a happy start to the day.

Yoga 1–2
Enhance your alignment knowledge. Yoga 1-2 covers basics to intermediate postures, it is a comprehensive practice focused on alignment with breath, intention, relaxation, and meditation included. Move your practice to a deeper level, step by step and breath by breath.
