Founder and prior director for 12 1/2yr of Yoga Balance Studio in McKinney, TX, in 2004. She is the principal teacher and creator of the Yoga-Alliance Registered 200- and 300-Hour Yoga School. Tracy has been practicing yoga since 1997, which has allowed her great opportunities for deep study and experience. Tracy attained her advanced teacher training in New York City from Sri Dharma Mittra, under whom she faithfully studied the classical Eight Limbs of Yoga (including extensive asana, pranayama, and meditation techniques), Ahimsa Vegetarianism Diet, Assisting and Adjusting, Satsang of Yogic Truth Lessons and Scriptural Texts.
Tracy teaches practical applications of yoga for radiant health, peaceful minds, and joyful spirits. As Tracy envisions growing a community in which includes students and teachers of all ages, abilities, and faiths, comes together to cultivate a true sense of well-being, inner peace and love to the world and each other through the practice of yoga.
