My goal is to make yoga fun and challenging, to bring awareness to breath, body and mind while keeping it light hearted with a smile. I enjoy teaching to all levels with no judgement in a positive and calming way.
My journey began in 2010, but it wasn’t until that first child’s pose accepting where my body was in that moment, that I realized it was more than just a physical practice. Yoga has taught me self love and acceptance. After three years of self-accepting, mind-quieting, strength building, deep breathing and sweaty practice, I became a 500 Hr certified yoga teacher. I will always be a student of the practice and I’m grateful for the wisdom shared by my teachers. Over the years I have enjoyed watching my students grow in health and happiness.
When I’m not enthusiastically sharing my love for yoga, you can find me outdoors. Playing with my dogs, hiking, laying in the sun, and traveling with my husband are a few of my favorite activities.
