Corrie Jorns

Corrie brings body awareness and playful flows to each moment of practice on and off the mat. With an emphasis on core stability and cultivating body-mind strength, she offers asana practice that allows students to grow their personal yoga journey safely and authentically. With a background in martial arts, personal training, and ballet Corrie found yoga as a way to heal the body, and was surprised to find the spiritual body-mind connection that it offered. Now, she blends a gentle balance of ethics and asana in order to cultivate full-body wellness.
