Evening Flow

Transition into evening with a calm practice that focuses a little more on hips and hamstrings. Evening Flow will help you settle into the evening time with ease.

Gentle yoga postures and a truly kind practice to stretch, relax and unwind the body and mind.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga + Meditation includes the practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises to help bring peace to the mind and body and prepare for meditation.

Restorative Yoga

Accessible to all levels, restorative yoga is a wonderful practice when you are feeling overworked, overtired, overwhelmed, or just want time to relax. Restorative yoga offers a slower, deeper practice utilizing many supplied props for support. It is beneficial for all the systems of the body and can help relieve symptoms of stress.

Yoga 1 – 2

Yoga 1-2 covers basics to intermediate postures, it is a comprehensive practice focused on alignment with breath, intention, relaxation, and meditation included.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow for all levels is filled with intention, breath work, strength, alignment and curiosity to challenge your edge. Yoga Flow is more than a workout, but a path for body, mind and heart well being with a joyful energy.

Yin Yoga

This yoga practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga is to help regulate the flow of energy in the body.

Yoga Nidra

A structured relaxation practice that encourages healthy sleep patterns, Yoga Nidra invites the whole body to deeply relax. It is also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness and is intended to induce a deep meditative consciousness.
