Weekly Class Descriptions
If you are new to yoga, start here. This class is approachable and supportive. We’ll demystify yoga with basic yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation. This class is open to all levels, especially beginners.
This class is a practice of yoga postures and breathing tailored to the physical body and adapted to accommodate individuals with differing abilities.
This class is appropriate for all activity levels and body types. Poses are held a bit longer and transitions are slower giving the body time to settle into the stretch. By slowing the practice down, we give the student time to bring the attention back to the body and help prevent the mind from jumping ahead. Gently lengthen the muscles, improve core strength, and increase range of motion.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice to gain experience of our truth, it is called the yoga of awareness. It is not a religion but a science for exploring the vastness of our inner life and integrating it with our physical experience. Kundalini yoga uses pranayama, mantra, naad (sound), deep relaxation, meditation, and kriyas (sets of asana to form a complete action) to facilitate the yogic yoking process.
Move + Restore + Yoga Nidra
Approach restorative postures through functional movement, active stretching, and prop-supported poses. Increase range of motion and explore different ways to restore. Enjoy extended rest at the end of class with Yoga Nidra, a structured relaxation practice that encourages healthy sleep patterns.
Noon Fine Tune
Boost your mid-day energy with this 30-minute, noontime class. We get into a vinyasa flow of yoga poses and end with a nice savasana at the end.
Stretch and Flow
An all levels class focusing on stretch, alignment, and flow. Mindful movement coupled with breath, taking time to pause and feel, observe and adjust. This class includes meditation
Yoga 1– 2
Yoga 1-2 covers basics to intermediate postures, it is a comprehensive practice focused on alignment with breath, intention, relaxation, and meditation included. Move your practice to a deeper level.
Yoga Flow for all levels is filled with intention, breath work, strength, alignment and curiosity to challenge your edge. Yoga Flow is more than a workout, but a path for body, mind and heart wellbeing with a joyful energy.
This yoga practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body (vs. the superficial tissues) and the fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga is to help regulate the flow of energy in the body.
