It’s a great time to begin!

Have you or a friend been thinking about doing yoga? Here is a 2 Day Beginner Workshop, with each of 2 Saturday’s workshops designed for beginners. We will explore the fundamentals of the physical postures and learn to breathe and move deeply for strength, balance, flexibility, and inner peace. After the 2 weekend days you should feel comfortable participating in many of our regularly scheduled classes.
