This class will deepen understanding of balanced free flow of energy through the subtle conduits of vitality in our bodies known in yogic philosophy as Chakras along with Yin yoga practice to deepen connections of body, mind, heart. By holding supported postures on the floor with relaxed muscles, Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissues including tendons, ligaments, fascia, joints and bones. This introspective and deep stretch practice is an excellent complement to active yoga practices and lifestyles providing the opportunity to cultivate balance, peace and harmony.
